Dear.. Oh I dont fucking know.. EVERYONE
This was the single dumbest piece of advice I was ever given. For more then a few reasons.
Sometimes babies nap for a few hours, sometimes for a short 15 minutes. A short 15 minute nap is not okay for an adult. It will make you feel even more tired. Also, I can deal with being awake and a baby waking up crying. I CAN NOT deal if I’m awoken from a 15 minute nap by a screaming baby.
When my baby is sleeping, that’s probably the only time I get to actually watch a tv show, or play a game on my phone, or just relax my brain. I’m not wasting that on a useless nap.
